Flipo is proud to introduce the Color Changing Solar Wind Chime.  The Color Changing Solar Wind Chime has four solar panels that provide power for an LED contained inside a crackled texture glass sphere. Inside the Flipo Color Changing Solar Wind Chime, the LED progresses through seven colors, one color every three seconds, and its light is refracted through the glass, creating star-like patterns on walls and floors.
